- CVCasey VillaAug 2, 20252.0Soo far I'm not impressed with the service. I've been trying to track down my package for 2 days.(they are insoles for boots, for reference) first day they put a paper in my mailbox that I already filled out to get mail service. So I drive down to the post office to get it cleared up, and also pick up my package. They said they don't have record of me. I asked the if "I don't have mail service" how did I get this paper out of my mailbox? He asked if there was a package box key in my mail box. I didnt get one. Soo I told him that I'd just like to pick up my package. He said there wasn't anything in the back for me. And to come by the next day. Day 2 I went to my mailbox and they left another paper. Saying that I have to pick my package up at the post office when it could fit in the package boxes. Soo I drive down there and they are gone. Soo now I have to wait till monday to get my package. I get it it's a small town but at least have a system where you'd be able to find people packages.
