Terribly managed, rude staff who illegally forwarded my mail to someone else. Insane lines. Go elsewhere!

The USPS is an absolute joke, half the time they can't deliver the mail to the correct address, or they just don't deliver your packages at all, yet they will lie and say they tried. Here's one for you, most people have cameras we know if you tried or not! So stop lying and do your JOB!!! Your getting paid to do so do it!!

I used USPS to send a very important background check for school. This entire process cost me hundreds of dollars and you can imagine how expensive that is for a young student. The company promised my package would arrive at the destination within 4 days but over 10 days later it has been stuck at the transit facility for over a week. I tried to call for help but the AI operator would not let me talk to an associate and I had to go in person to the facility which is already a bad look. I was then informed that my package is probably lost and that I will have to file a claim for an “investigation” to get 100 dollars back when I spent close to three times that to gather the resources they lost. Not only that but I will now have to start this entire process over again and my matriculation to school is in jeopardy thanks to the carelessness of this company. If you are reading this review then I urge you to use ANY OTHER COMPANY if possible. USPS is messy, lazy, and I am not surprised that all locations have such horrible reviews. If you do decide to ship from this location then I wish you the best of luck as you will absolutely need it.

I would love to give 0 STARS. Specifically to Christina. She needs to get into a different profession because she is a horrendous person and obviously can’t handle customer service. To start out she was rude to everyone. When we got there she was yelling at an elderly man who was confused. We went in for a passport appointment for my first time ever applying for a passport. She was rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. We were completely prepared and had all of our documents and then when it was time to take a photo she wasn’t clear about how to pose or anything and she snapped at me and she raised her voice at me. I don’t tolerate being talked to disrespectfully so we had a back and forth spat and finally just continued the (terrible) service. At the conclusion of the appointment, I asked for her name twice, and she ignored me both times I had to ask her coworker for her name so I could file a complaint. This behavior was unprofessional and ridiculous. I expect passport services—especially those conducted at a federal facility—to be handled with basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. This experience did not meet those expectations. Seek help Christina.
