  I had a package sent home with a family heirloom to avoid going through TSA with it. There was a shipping label mix up and the owner of the store was able to locate the package with my items in transit with the wrong the shipping label and get it sent to me. She was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Definitely a great experience. Mistakes happen and it’s understandable and the issue was immediately fixed.

  Literally the worst of the worst. Do not go into this store! I walked in over the weekend to open a PO Box, I didn't do my research and was told I need 2 forms of ID. I said I have my real DL and my SS card. Was told they wanted my car registration, or lease, mortgage. Well, my car is registered to a trust... soo no go. Ok, not a problem. I go back this afternoon with my NV real DL and my lease. I walk in and the same guy I saw on Saturday took my lease and said this is no good. Then takes my DL and lease to the back where 3 of his friends look it over. Are you kidding me at this point!!! He said the post office wouldn't accept a lease on a house I've been in for almost 3 years! Considering their nationality, lying and being deceitful is natural to them, if you understand what I'm saying. I grabbed my stuff and left. I walked into The Office Boss on Lakeside with my NV Real DL and lease and walked out with a box for half the cost The UPS Store was trying to charge. I was in and out with a po box within 5 mins, served by smiling happy people. These people are awful and have no business running a business. I will be filing a formal complaint.

  This staff was very patient assisting my 88 year old mom. Special thanks to the Manager. You knocked it out of the park.

  Very happy with the customer service I got today. Zach (Zack?) was very helpful and friendly in my opening a postal box and made a slightly complicated process very clear — even showing me where my box was located & explaining the optimal timing for filing my USPS address change. Then he helped me ship something via UPS & was very good about listening to my needs before recommending the best type of packaging. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 star rating is because the box rental is pretty expensive. But I’m still pleased & expect continued great service moving forward.

  Unhelpful, unfriendly and rude!! Left the business without my return to Amazon being completed. Went to Sparks srore on Baring....100 per cent better service and mission accomplished!!😄
