  I waited way longer to return an Amazon item than I should have. Probably 10 minutes while there was no one at the register. It was Kind of a frustrating lunch break but they have some good office supplies.

  This store is not very friendly. No one acknowledges you're standing at the counter or go out of their way to help. I've only been there twice and each time was not pleasant

  I am giving this place 2 stars because I got my file correctly printed in the end but after a less than satisfactory customer service experience. I submitted a blueprint online to be printed as per their new policy. Today I went to pick it up at opening (9am) and found out the file was printed incorrectly. I asked for it to be reprinted and was told by Aasim (Store Manager) that the printing attendant was on an interview. He then said that once she was out she would reprint the file correctly and then he would personally deliver the file to my house. He then asked for my address and said that he would call me when he arrived. I was appreciative of the offer as I thought this was common practice. So I went home and waited. 2pm comes around and I decide to call to check in. When I called, the printing attendant told me that they were never informed to reprint my order and Aasim never talked to them. She then said she would reprint right away. So I decided to go back to the store to pickup. The reprint was still wrong. Turns out the file was cropped unknowingly when I submitted it to Staples.com. I then emailed the original file and they printed it right away. Needless to say I will not be coming back to Staples for my printing needs. I was a loyal customer for about 2 years without any problems. Ever since Savannah left it seems like the print department has gone downhill. This was not the first hiccup in the last few months. It was also very weird for Aasim to ask for my address and then never show up…. I also asked if it was a common practice to drop off orders at customer’s home and the attendant said it was not. Not sure what was done with the address I gave Aasim…. Staples should really get a better handle on this store.
