- HMHeather MedfordDec 13, 20211.0Would give negative stars if I could. Needed to ship 5 packages. Came in and it wasn’t busy. Asked Diane if she had tape I could use. She was walking by me and mumbled without looking at me that it was at the counter and I could use it when I got to the counter. By the time I boxed up and labeled everything and got in line, a bunch of people came in behind me. I get to the counter and Diane says rudely to me that I should have taped it all before coming to the counter. I tell her she doesn’t have to be rude, I asked for it when I first walked in and she told me to tape it when I got to the counter. She then denies it, and lies in front of everyone that I had asked for tape and she tried to give it to me but I had cut her off talking. I defend myself and she grabs my packages and roughly stacks them on the counter next to her (thank goodness they weren’t fragile). She then rudely say to me to move over she doesn’t have time for this she has a line behind me. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was one. That was probably a lie too. Terrible customer service and just general human courtesy.
