They are extremely rude at this location. Felt like being at a DMV. It's funny too, because they have signs that say don't forget to smile. LOL. When they don't smile at all and it's their way or the highway. They don't have any customer service skills at all. I honestly would LOVE for them to work in the serving industry so they can deal with people just like them.

The cost of being competent in this world is extremely high. We scheduled an appointment at 9am and were told to arrive 15 minutes early. The doors were not even open until 9am. So we wasted 15 minutes sitting out front. Next, when the doors opened, an old impatient man cut in front of us despite our names being called first as we had scheduled an appointment and he was a walk in. We waited further, patiently. Next, we filled out everything perfectly. We made one small error - they didn't accept our driver's license and required our passports as we were applying for a minor. We told them we'd be back in 5-10 mins. We arrived back in 10 mins as we promised, and we waited in line for a full hour. 2 groups were in front of us and they were extremely incompetent. We stood there for a little over 60 minutes observing who was now in front of us - all of which were walk ins. These people didn't have things filled out correctly, they all took more than 30 minutes each. Most didn't have their photos taken already, so that was an additional delay. When we got to the front of the line over an hour later, it took 4 minutes for us to hand all our correctly signed paperwork to the employee who was responsible for having us waste a full hour of our life. We were penalized and had to wait a full hour for having everything done 95% correct. Welcome to America.

The service was AWFUL and the lady at the counter was VERY, VERY RUDE!! I asked her how much it costs to mail a postcard to Taiwan. She said it was $0.61, and she'd be right back because she had to get the stamps. While she rang me up, I noticed the stamp read USA. I asked her if that would still mail to Taiwan. She said it wouldn't. I asked her why she put a USA stamp on the postcard when I asked about mailing it to Taiwan. She went off on me and said I wanted to mail it to someone in the US. After several minutes of that, she finally got me an international stamp. Then she tried to charge me for both the USA stamp and the international stamp. She said she already put the USA stamp on the postcard, so I had to be charged for it. I told her I didn't ask her for the USA stamp so she cannot charge me for both stamps. It was not my fault she wasn't listening. With a horrible attitude, she finally peeled off the USA stamp and placed the international stamp on the postcard. Then she tossed the card at me. I asked her if I was supposed to drop it off somewhere else. She rudely grabbed it back from me. At the end, when I was asked about the service while paying, she answered it for me with a smiley face. Nothing about her, or her service, deserved a smiley face!!!
