I had another mailed the same day from my local post office that went from Reno to Queens, NY and then back to California, where it was supposed to go in the first place. I hate to think that we have thieves working in that distribution center but, at this point, what other choice do I have?

When they don't smile at all and it's their way or the highway. They don't have any customer service skills at all. I honestly would LOVE for them to work in the serving industry so they can deal with people just like them.
