According to my neighbor the USPS person who delivered a Christmas package this morning at 11am was in a massive hurry & looked extremely pissed. My package was thrown hard against the porch. The Christmas gift from family is broken in pieces. I need to call family in Los Angeles & tell them to mail another one. Except I'm going to tell them to mail it thru another carrier. I honestly get that Christmas is the busiest season for USPS. They are on a time quota to get Christmas mail delivered by the end of the day. My delivery notification time was 8pm tonight. In other words I was more than cool to wait until 8pm tonight to receive the package. Allowing the USPS delivery person to get a Starbucks, have a nice lunch, relax, breathe & have a positive day with no rush. (Hopefully deliver my package with more care)

The website states that a notice was left and there wasn't anyone to sign for the package. NO notice NO knock and I waited all day. Unfortunately this was on Saturday and I am unable to call or pick up the package until Monday. I did see the mail truck drive by on Sunday at around 10:45 which seemed a little odd, and when I tried to flag it down they kept driving. Still NO notice, NO knock. This was Monthly supplies for my disabled husband, I'm super pissed.
