You always have massive problems getting a hold of anybody to correct any kind of situation. And this is like the bajillionth time that I've had issues with them. I have $300 worth of stuff that I need by a certain deadline and of course they don't deliver it to my house and they hold it because of their stupid whatever reasons. Just like the millions of other times that they've misplaced my packages delivered it to other people's houses and when you try to contact anybody they just pretty much tell you. Oh well. That's what happens in delivery. No, the USPS should be put out a business. It is so bad. Every other carrier does not have these mistakes and do not treat their customers the way USPS does. I'm absolutely livid that I have to deal with them for anything.

Flag up, flag down—it doesn’t matter, she ignores it every single time. Outgoing mail just sits there because she (and other carriers) can’t be bothered to do the most basic part of her job. Even worse, her supervisor won’t lift a finger to correct it. No training, no accountability, nothing. The employees here clearly don’t want to work; they just want to finish their route as fast as possible and go home. In any other job, this level of laziness and incompetence would get someone fired on the spot. Instead, this branch operates with zero shame, zero accountability, ZERO OVERSIGHT and zero pride in serving the community. It’s disgusting to see a public service settle for such a lack of excellence. Truly shameful. Outgoing mail will stay in your mailbox until you happen to get an junk mail. Expect pick-up for outgoing mail once per week - IF you're lucky!
