Brianna was amazing. The post office there in general is horrible. But Brianna shined today and gave us a very awsome experience. We have had many bad experiences there but maybe her presence will begin to rub off. It only takes one incredible person to turn a business around. Hopefully its her. THANK YOU Brianna.

I would love to give 0 STARS. Specifically to Christina. She needs to get into a different profession because she is a horrendous person and obviously can’t handle customer service. To start out she was rude to everyone. When we got there she was yelling at an elderly man who was confused. We went in for a passport appointment for my first time ever applying for a passport. She was rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. We were completely prepared and had all of our documents and then when it was time to take a photo she wasn’t clear about how to pose or anything and she snapped at me and she raised her voice at me. I don’t tolerate being talked to disrespectfully so we had a back and forth spat and finally just continued the (terrible) service. At the conclusion of the appointment, I asked for her name twice, and she ignored me both times I had to ask her coworker for her name so I could file a complaint. This behavior was unprofessional and ridiculous. I expect passport services—especially those conducted at a federal facility—to be handled with basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism. This experience did not meet those expectations. Seek help Christina.

Probably the worst post office in the history of the USPS. Pick literally anywhere else to go if you need to use the USPS. South Reno has probably more than doubled in size yet this place has not changed any staffing at all. Be prepared to wait in ridiculous lines anytime of day.

Don't come here. You'll be waiting in line forever, and the customer service is terrible.

Horrible experience every time I’m in here but today was the worst. Staff doesn’t care about anyone coming in there. They all look very unhappy and they are so rude to everyone me the person behind me and the next. Shantel I believe the name tag said was rude but the short lady with black working next to her at the far left station when facing the counter was extremely rude and had no remorse for anyone with questions which is not helpful at all when you’re working customer service. Really unfortunate how I saw her treating elderly like she’s above them when she should be helping them. It’s funny because she did not have a name tag on otherwise I would’ve included her name, but I bet she doesn’t wear one because she doesn’t wanna be called out of her really bad customer service. Avoid this post office unless you’re doing self service
