I've filed a formal complaint with USPS about this location. The staff is extremely rude, especially the Asian woman named Leah. Also, my outgoing mail was not picked up for three days, mail delivery from origination points in Reno is taking 7, 10, 12 days to arrive (in one case, one item sent on the 1st from only 5 miles away didn't arrive until the 18th). My mail has been delivered to my neighbor. Mail that I sent on Oct 28th should have been received by now...it's been 12 days and they still don't have it. I just filed a second complaint.
