They all look very unhappy and they are so rude to everyone me the person behind me and the next. Shantel I believe the name tag said was rude but the short lady with black working next to her at the far left station when facing the counter was extremely rude and had no remorse for anyone with questions which is not helpful at all when you’re working customer service. Really unfortunate how I saw her treating elderly like she’s above them when she should be helping them. It’s funny because she did not have a name tag on otherwise I would’ve included her name, but I bet she doesn’t wear one because she doesn’t wanna be called out of her really bad customer service. Avoid this post office unless you’re doing self service

Absolutely. Efficient? Not even by accident. It’s almost impressive at this point—like they’re committed to the bit. If you’re looking for a quick errand, go literally anywhere else.
