Shipped a package to Hawaii. 3 weeks later and 7 phone calls to UPS including 3 to this with zero help what so ever. Worst UPS store ever. UPS has your deal with the store which in this case is no use. Save your time and money by shipping with some other store.

I had an Amazon return and wasn’t aware that packaging is sometimes included, as I usually still have the original packaging it came in.
Deep provided excellent customer service by advising me to check with the representative first before purchasing additional packaging. I thanked him, as that advice could have saved me $6.49.
That said, it was well worth the cost for such outstanding service—not just because I could have saved money, but because not all representatives take the time to offer helpful information or go the extra mile these days.
