After a full 20 minutes, another associate came out from behind a screen door area, having NO idea anyone was waiting. She then made me feel a bit insecure about my Notary needs. I did not feel fully confident, however, we did get my transaction completed. The associates were nice but not timely. Also, I had called ahead to ask what area they were located and they told me another part of town. I realized after showing up to the incorrect location that they had given the wrong address. Frustrating but at least I got done what I needed. Thanks.

Their employee "Deep" was coming back from break and saw me struggle with the box from my car and helped me carry it into the store. He was so kind and helpful. They took a clean, organized store and turned it into something cramped and messy. My two mailbox numbers (in the 500s) were removed completely — now I have no boxes and must wait in line just to get my mail. Worse, a $900 business check mailed to me on Sept. 18 went missing during the remodel. Staff said mail was “held at the post office,” but somehow it never made it back to the store or went missing at the store or worse put in the wrong box or givin to the wrong person, no one seems to know what happened. I’ve had mail misdelivered before, so this isn’t the first time. When I asked about it, the response was dismissive like it was somehow my customers fault or mine. I’ve paid for two boxes I can’t use, the remodel looks terrible, rates went up, and now I’m missing important business mail. Very disappointing for a place I trusted for years.
