    I was able to complete my transaction, however, I waited about 20 minutes for the one customer ahead of me. After a full 20 minutes, another associate came out from behind a screen door area, having NO idea anyone was waiting. She then made me feel a bit insecure about my Notary needs. I did not feel fully confident, however, we did get my transaction completed. The associates were nice but not timely. Also, I had called ahead to ask what area they were located and they told me another part of town. I realized after showing up to the incorrect location that they had given the wrong address. Frustrating but at least I got done what I needed. Thanks.

    Recently I needed to ship a large and heavy box from the UPS store on N. McCarran Blvd but was having a hard time handling the box. Their employee "Deep" was coming back from break and saw me struggle with the box from my car and helped me carry it into the store. He was so kind and helpful. What a wonderful asset to the UPS corporation and anywhere else he may work. Thank you Deep. JFrasca
