    I’m a Notary and have to use UPS for drop offs It is normally a in and out situation. I just spent 10 minutes in line (with no acknowledgment, a “hello we’ll be right with you” would have been nice but no, nothing.) I ended up leaving and going to another one by my house. Customer service training definitely is needed. And employees that have sense of urgency . The line was backed up to the door and the employees didn’t care.

    Our small business has used this store for years. Recently, we have noticed that the new owners have demonstrated a dramatic difference in service. We decided it was a great time to open a mailbox here. We really appreciate the care and support we have received from Jordan. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
