I called Mitch, explained the situation, that a guy would drop off the guitar amps, and asked if he could do the job of packing for me, and I would pay over the phone. Guess what? The seller dropped off the amp, and Mitch took care of it and provided me with great service, even though I live in IL. The package was shipped the same day. Thank you, Mitch, and I recommend that any customer come by here for their shipping needs.
