I just spent 10 minutes in line (with no acknowledgment, a “hello we’ll be right with you” would have been nice but no, nothing.) I ended up leaving and going to another one by my house. Customer service training definitely is needed. And employees that have sense of urgency . The line was backed up to the door and the employees didn’t care.
