- BWBrooke Wyrd1 day ago2.0If you order gloss business cards, they will take your order, print them in matte, and then when you arrive, if you catch the fact that they printed matte instead of gloss, you'll say something, and they'll say, "oh sorry, is this okay?" and then if you say "no I want gloss," they'll say, "well the gloss paper gets stuck in our machine. Are you sure matte's not okay?" And you'll say "no I want gloss." And then they will say, "well, look at the colors on matte! Matte is way prettier, I promise," and you'll say "no I want gloss" and then they'll say they can't print gloss and then you'll walk out of there pretty angry. Save yourself the trouble and print your gloss business card somewhere else. Jasper is awesome. Everyone else has been incredibly not helpful and not professional and not communicative about the gloss problem. Jasper the only dude to talk to, and the only reason I gave 2 stars instead on 1
