- VBVictoria BulanadiJun 4, 20251.0Been contacting them to close my account with them but after waiting on the phone they sends me to a survey. I also have been trying to edit subscription and update address online and it’s not going thru. So I end up skipping delivery always then later I forgot to skip delivery and received notification last minute so they delivered to my old address. I sent my son get the delivered bottles to the old address which is so inconvenient to do.
