    The worst operation in RENO. The Manager is Rude and will not accept any mistakes by her or her staff. Depended on them to send an Iphone to Columbia. Nothing was done correctly by the staff. I am at a loss; meaning Fed X stole $350 for shipping, $275 for international calls to FED X in Columbia, $350.00 to pay for a broker in Columbia that will not clear the phone due to the mistakes made, meanining , putting the correct information on package. Now I am out of $1000.00 for an IPhone that FedX will not return to me. Folks thats a $2000.00 hiy a took for trusting Fed X and the staff on the virgina street locaation. Do not trust FED X and exspecaily do not trust LIZ (the manager) and her staff as they are npoorly trained.

    Maybe consistently some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. I unfortunately live right down the street and have to come here often. If I’m actually in a rush I’ll drive to a much farther location because it will ultimately be faster.

    The location is good but that is the only thing good about FedEx. I tried to ship a pack & ship piece this morning & I got this idiot who tried to charge me $240 for a ground shipment which a month ago cost me only $23. The same size & everything. So I had to go cheaper in a tube but it was still double what it was a month ago. Thanks for nothing, FedEx.
