- LLLeoOct 9, 20251.0I ordered piece of crap infinity massage chair which broke down within 20min into the 1st session. They scheduled a repair through AIT. A young kid in his late teens early early 20’s shows up to repair. I explained everything what happened to the chair. He looked at the chair like 20 times up and down. Couldn’t figure out where to start then called his other tech guy and walked outside of the house that he can’t figure it out how to fix it it’s too new of a project for him. Came inside and asked me again that what exactly happened to the chair then he told me that he never worked on this model before so won’t be able to fix it and left. I don’t know why these big companies hire people with no experience and waist other people time.

- ASA SMay 29, 20201.0I wish I could leave 0 stars. I am waiting for a $2000 computer monitor that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Today I finally manage to get in touch with them and they tell me I can't get my monitor until next Monday now. I ask them if I can come pick it up, they are about 2 miles from my house, they tell me they can't do that and they have to contact AIT to get approval, since AIT handed the package off to them. I contacted the seller of the item who says he approved it and contacted AIT. Apparently the middleman company never gets back to this company. I still can't get my very expensive monitor until next week now even though it's sitting in a warehouse 2 miles from my house. Also stop doing business with this California Sierra Express until they stop doing business with such terrible middleman companies. Absolutely ridiculous.
