  I stopped by the UPS store at 160 and Basin Ave to send a package. I wasn’t sure exactly how to and if I had the correct envelope to send the item in. I was met by the female lady named Teri. She patiently explained the procedure and printed an address form for the envelope. I thanked her and complimented her on her exceptional level of service. Good customer service is given by folks wanting to as opposed to folks having to. (Provide exceptional customer service). Teri represents UPS in a most professional manner.

  Extremely rude employees, cater to complainers, and lie about shipping weight and dimensions to intentionally incur extra charges. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never go here for anything by choice again.

  I received medical equipment and was given a prepaid label to send back my old equipment in the same box. I dropped the box and label (wasn't taped to the box cause I had no tape) off, employee scanned my return label and said she would tape it to the box. 3 days later, I received the same box with the original label back to my house. UPS store did not tape the label and send it! I returned today, explained what happened 4 days earlier and the manager immediately got an attitude and was pretty rude. Thank goodness I had the receipts when I sent it off. To be fair, she made it right by having the medical company give her another prepaid receipt. All in all, I was frustrated that this happened and that she was rude. Good to know their is UPS at CVS across the parking lot, will be going there instead!

  I think if you see a line and you’re not putting the customers ahead of your other projects it’s kind of annoying. There are 2 people available to help customers and you see us standing here for 29 minutes while you ignore us and do other things. I get it you have other duties but you should handle the customers before other tasks. I’m standing in line as we speak and I see you at the register ignoring us while this lady at the 1 register that’s open does t stop talking the the 1 guy running his register. I’m annoyed.

  I was going to let it go however, the numbers are missing and I didn’t realize that until I looked at it again. if no one can contact us or have a number to reach us then it doesn’t make since to post these anywhere. I paid a $1 per page and this is what I got. I’m not happy.
