- AKAllen KoppelFeb 7, 20261.0This post office in Pahrump is the worst post office I have ever dealt with by far! My mail carrier is corrupt! He's a Bully he harasses and he steals and damages packages when he's not stealing them! I have factual evidence to back this up! Now he stopped delivering my mail to my property on January 17th 2026! This guy should have been fired 10 years ago! I have never been harassed by anyone especially someone who works for the federal government to this level in my entire life. I have reported everything every time this guy screws with me and after 8 years now I don't get my mail delivered to my property anymore!!! That tells everyone who reads this how good management is at the main post office in Pahrump Nevada! Absolutely pathetic and corrupt as the day is long! Pahrump main post office I am not done! This is going way of chain of command in Washington DC until I get my packages and mail delivered to my property again. And my mail will be delivered in my mailbox where I was given permission not only by Tony in the Pahrump main post office but also the mail carrier approved it as well when he said I don't care what side of the street you put your mailbox on. I was courteous enough to get approval before I moved my box. The next day on Saturday after I moved my box he put a notice in my mailbox telling me that I had to move my mailbox onto another street that doesn't even have the same name as my street address! That right there should have been disciplinary action on this guy with one week off and no pay and a permanent write up in his employment jacket! This is why we don't like the federal government! When the federal government handles things this way we lose all faith and trust in a corrupt government agency! Yes in my case I am accurate when I say corrupt! All of the things that this guy has done to me and I have reported over 8 years and he is still working with the Postal Service says everything that everybody needs to know!

I called 5–6 times from multiple devices to speak with a supervisor regarding ongoing issues with my mail carrier and was repeatedly told there were “phone problems.” After calling from another device and being given the same excuse, I became suspicious, so I immediately called to ask about stamp prices, and the phone worked perfectly, and I was immediately able to speak with a supervisor. While the supervisor himself was helpful on the last call, I do not appreciate being misled as a way to avoid addressing customer concerns. This came AFTER one of their carriers delivered a $400 package to a random address in Pahrump to avoid doing her job.
