I had a 120 lb package that this store refused to accept even though I already had a label everything was properly packaged and ready to go. The owner of the UPS store was even there. She refused to accept my package. So UPS wouldn't accept my UPS package,But the CVS store did. If you can avoid this place I would do so at all cost. Oh and I forgot to mention they called the cops on me! I am providing the cad number for your convenience to look at the public records for said CAD. #26N408856 Don't go to this store !
- SWSandra WoodFeb 9, 20264.0As a new resident of Pahrump I learned quickly that due to the limited shopping stores, I’d be buying from Amazon often. That’s meant many more returns than I expected but I’ve always had mostly friendly service and reasonable wait times. I’m sure the staff feel overwhelmed at times with the influx of new residents and their shipping requirements. I see at least 5 employees all working a good pace to make the lines flow as quickly as possible. The rules for packaging Amazon returns are pretty clear so it’s not their fault if they have to turn you away for correction. I carry scissors, tape, marker and save some shipping boxes in my car so I don’t need to go farther than my car or spend money to repackage if necessary .
