- GSGayola Smith [Education Services]Apr 16, 20261.0My mail carrier is horrible, he/she keeps sending my mail back to my bank and putting on the envelope that I moved and my bank keeps charging me $5.00, for returned mail this is the 3rd one, when you call the Post Office on 4904 Camino El Norte NLV NV you talk to a damn machine and never a live person, this is so frustrating, please give us a mail courier that's going to pay attention to her/his job, I own my home and have lived there for four years
- TSTricia SerranoApr 13, 20262.0Outside mailbox is always full , never can put envelope in it I have even seen people picking up envelope that have fallen out of the box and walking inside to put in drop ! Mailbox is full no matter what time I go , bad enough my mailbox on my block we can not put outgoing mail due to it’s not available and I asked mail carrier he has no idea why it is locked . Then drive to post office and have to go inside to drop off mail due to your outside box it too full ! Very frustrating at times .
- RSRhiannon StuchalApr 7, 20261.0Unacceptable wait times for no-cash transactions. Line is over 10 people before they open their door at 8:30. To be seen it’s well over an hour. Additionally, when we needed a new mail key made they said it would be 4-8 weeks to do so. The person helping us never informed us that we also needed to fill out a “hold mail” form. So the mail has been going to a mailbox we cannot access for weeks. Incompetency at its finest.
