But here I was attended by Sergio, a very friendly person who treats you with respect and helps you with all your questions. Thank you very much, Sergio. You made my day easier and less stressful, as I have been doing paperwork for months and not everyone treats you kindly.

I'm in there a lot and I think they only have 4 people who work the front total. That's TOTAL. I've been in there and people have complained loudly like it will do something. Remember these are people and not machines and they maybe need lunch breaks and to go home eventually? Regardless, still amazing. Everyone who works there is so very patient with every customer. You guys are rock stars.
