- ASAnthony SosaDec 29, 20251.0Any efforts to call for the past hour and a half are met with unavailable associate, my package got marked as delivered, switch to refused a day later, then switched to insufficient address (even though I confirmed with a help desk associate for usps that it was correct) then now each day getting refused even though mailbox is not full, no carrier has knocked whatsoever nor left a notice that they came, and is getting sent back to sender even though I have received regular mail with the exact same address no problem until now. This is very frustrating and If this issue ever gets sorted eventually out I will not be ordering through any services through USPS anymore.

The fact that I’ve called multiple times about my packages and to no avail , there’s no one , always get the automated message, once I get to the prompt where it’s supposed to get me a representative it hangs up since no one wants to do their job. I don’t know how and why this place is still Open with the inconsiderate people they have hired working here.
