Leaving a review won’t do anything but you all need to know what transpired today. We arrive 45 minutes early for the “Passport Walk in Hours 3:00-4:00”. Mr. Dennis directs me where the line starts and says “I can only take the first 4 customer”. I’m number 5…. Mr. Dennis proceeds to call three names from 2:15-2:45.. nobody showed up for their appointment. The logical thing to do would be to fill a walk-in in to that slot. Appointments are hard to come by because they are at least a month out. This post office lacks customer service and innovative thinking (it won’t change). I gave them an additional star because they directed me to the Las Vegas marriage license bureau. Only helpful thing they did.

Dennis refused to see walk-in customers for passports, even though 3 appointments “no showed” while we were there. When asked why those spots could not be filled with individuals who were there waiting, he responded “I just can’t” … it would be great customer service and common sense which he seemed to lack greatly … if you are a walk-in for passport services, you have to be one of the first 4 people … this place shortcuts work wherever they can. People were waiting since 12:30pm (walk- ins 3pm - 4pm) .. they could’ve easily helped them when appointments didn’t show up. Terrible time management and honestly just rude. Dennis was happy to hand out information regarding other passport facilities though, anything to get out of doing the job himself.

Honestly, it was the worst experience. All I needed to do was pick up a Letter that was missed at my house. I scheduled a pick up for today and waited in line for about an hour there was only one person helping the mail pick up while five people were helping The other line … When I was about to be next, the manager switched the person that was helping us out instead, opened up a door side window, taking extra long, and the people that were in the other line were in and out when I asked if they could help me since I was next in line for about 10 minutes. They told me that they could not help me when I finally got up to the window. I specifically scheduled a pick up online scan the QR code and the guy tells me that my letter is On the truck with a driver. They are not organized and the manager just came in and screwed everything up when I should have been in and out not only was it a waste of my time it was all done incorrectly. Why even have a system to scan a QR code and schedule a pick up online? This issue caused me to be late for work and I still don’t have my mail.
