- MHM HollinsDec 27, 20251.0I dropped off a package at 8am on 12/22/25 the customer service representative assured me the package would go out at noon. The package didn't get labeled until 5:48pm. Why did it take over 8 hours? Very Lackadaisical. This is not the first time I've experienced a problem with UPS Aliante. So now my package is delayed until January 2, 2026 instead of December 29, 2025. Please don't blame it on the holidays. Take ownership of your lack of customer service.

Found 2 sets of vintage Pyrex bowls I wanted sent home, along with 2 other items. This is how my package arrived - shattered. A few sheets of bubble wrap was used & a few sheets of brown paper... paper! Bowls weren't even wrapped individually. Paid $138 for this mess. Called them right away, they said to email the store with pics. I did that twice & have not heard a word.

I just visited the store where I was berated and verbally provoked by Jared. He had a horrible attitude and was very condescending just because I didn't have a box. He was quick tempered and continued making fun of me even after the manager stepped in. His lack of self control and professionalism is uncalled for and I will avoid this location and/or company from now on. I hope someone can get this guy under control as to avoid future issues. Also let him know that customers should be treated with respect. He obvious didn't get that memo!
