The prices here are already sky-high, but charging for every little thing, down to the smallest piece of tape, is absurd. If they could charge you to breathe in the store, I’m convinced they would.

I was doing Amazon returns, one was simple while the other needed more explanation. I am still confused with what happened, I wanted the employee (Kala) to process my returns separately, but she was being very impatient and told me I was being rude when I asked her to hold on. She was getting upset, so I asked if someone else can assist me and I went to the other employee that was there. The whole time while I was explaining my return with the other employee, Kala was in the background talking and grumbling. The other employee was very patient and helpful. If I ever return to that location, I will just avoid Kala. Worst experience ever!!!!
