    I came to this location to get a passport renewal form for my daughter, ITHELENE and “GREG or CRAIG” helped me out with printing the form and filling it out, while filling it out I was asking questions because I recall that the form is very tedious. I made a mistake and asked was it OK? The lady told me “it was OK just cross it out.” Long story short after I paid for it got it notarized and took it to where it’s supposed to be. I was informed that it cannot have any errors so I went back to the location to see if it was OK for us to redo it without charge on the notary because I was given incorrect advice. The lady wasn’t there but Craig or Greg said “that she wouldn’t have said that was OK”(she did)and a notary is just a witness and they don’t give advice on filling out the form(They both did)and I would have to repay or return tomorrow when the girl is there so she can say her side of the story. I figured it wouldn’t be a problem because all she did was write on the paper and stamp it, but I guess that was too much to do again without repaying. I wouldn’t have an issue with repaying but that was my last few bucks and I was simply trying to do the right thing for my baby girl. It’s okay though because God will do his thing. 🙏🏾

    UPS forced me to ship to this location due to not being able to find my address in their system despite me having many packages shipped to my house through ups, usps and fedex. After the person sending me my package was already charged 16 dollars to send here, this location charged me 10 dollars, basically holding my package hostage until I paid. Insidious underhanded tactics and unacceptable business practices. Will never use this location again for anything.
