- HAHakim AroraDec 12, 20251.0I came in to drop off a package yesterday and simply wanted to know the price, but the experience was very frustrating. The worker helping me (an older Asian gentleman) struggled to communicate, and it was extremely difficult to understand what he was trying to explain. There was also a woman standing nearby who clearly saw he was having trouble, yet she made no effort to assist him or clarify anything for me. Overall, the lack of communication and willingness to help made the visit confusing and unprofessional
