  Horrible service. The owner Marner doesn't want to hire anyone so lines are very long. For Amazon returns to cheap to give plastic bags like in other stores, forces to buy boxes.

  THIS IS THE WORST UPS LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED. I walked into this location in a Saturday afternoon. There was only one person in the building that was working. An Asian man was working and could barely speak English and had a very difficult time communicating with customers. I told him I wanted to open a personal mailbox and he didn’t know how to do that. So he asked me to step to the side while he helped everyone else, allowing everyone in the building to cut me in line. I’m shocked this place is still in business based on how they treat customers

  This UPS store #7724 at 1527 w. Craig Rd. No.las Vegas is where I will go from now on. I was there on Thursday feb 26th for a couple copies, the young lady there was kind, patient and very helpful.I was treated as a person, not as a number. My thanks to you. Keep up the good work.

  Is it really that hard to print 4 pages? First the worker don’t know his name but he’s Asian and it was only him and some lady. He goes and prints the paper without asking me any questions( the other location I go to ALWAYS does) to make sure it comes out how I want it to. So he’s prints them and gets mad because I told him I didn’t want them the way he did it. Than goes ahead and prints EVERY PAGE A DIFFERENT FONT SIZE. I lnkw damn well he did that on purpose. If you don’t like doing your EASY job than stay home and don’t do anything.
