- EMEric MApr 16, 20261.0On April 14 I went in to mail a package only to be surprised when it was delivered to my house the next day. I then realized Shalante Jordan (postal clerk) sent it to the from address accidentally. I went in today 16 April to mail again. She told me that it wasn't her and didn't even acknowledge her mistake. I too could have verified the address there, however, let's at least own the mistake. Multiple times that exact clerk has been rude or like today on her personal cell phone while working. Lets have someone better for the Amn on Nellis.

Waited 1 hour for them to finish their lunch/siesta just to be told sorry we don't have stamps needed for your pre paid flat rate envelope, go to another post office. If a post office doesn't have stamps, don't be lazy and put a sign up at least.
- KRKaysie RFeb 28, 20171.0I have been trying for an entire day to make an appointment for a passport. The number listed online is apparently wrong (which doesn't bother anyone at the post office). The new number they gave me goes straight to a recording that says they are busy, and then hangs up. The receptionist's number that they gave me rings and then goes to voicemail (which is full). Seriously?!?!
- AAAndyJan 5, 20171.0Awful - not open scheduled hours, I literally had the door closed in my face when I came at lunch time. Took 2 days and six trips to actually get a package mailed when I finally got there and it was open, but then the line went out the door.
