  I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. They genuinely treated their customers really well, and they actually offered services that I didn't even know were available. I'm definitely planning on using those in the future.

  I arrived at 5:59PM (1 minute prior to close) on 3/24/26 just to mail a quick certified letter. I hated doing this to the gal at the counter, but I got stuck in tons of traffic & ran in, surprised the door wasn’t already shut. Not only was it open, but 2 more customers came in AFTER me. Tianna, the store manager, was working diligently handling 2 rude male customers at the counter while 3 of us in line waited. The woman behind me needed something that took a very long time & she took A LOT of patience to deal with (her personality). I felt so bad for Tianna, but she handled all of us with class, efficiency, and with a smile on her face…after closing time!! She was multitasking beautifully, staying calm & poised under pressure, had a sense of urgency, and was so knowledgeable about everything. Being able to get my mail out that day was extremely important & this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Tianna deserves a raise and hope she gets her own UPS store soon…she’s a rockstar!!! Thank you!

  I am disabled and use an assistive device. As soon as the associate saw I was struggling, they rushed out to help and carried in my packages. This has happened before and is why I frequent this store instead of using other less expensive options
