I brought my very energetic kids in with me this evening to take care of quite a lot of amazon returns and we were treated with so much kindness (and grace!) by the manager and staff that they have certainly gained our loyalty! The manager met me at the door with a cart for all the returns, he printed coloring pages for my kids to keep them occupied, and even brought them a little snack. Wow! I wouldn't expect this level of customer service every time, because I can't imagine how they could do that for every customer every time, but I was so impressed I'll be happy to return! Thank you!!

When the first shipment was sent to this Staples, Staples refused to accept it so I could not pick it up. I informed the online retailer as I did not expect to receive part two of the order number as Staples refused to accept and could not release the first shipment. Then I received a notification two days later from the online retailer to pick up part two at Staples. Staples did not even check my identification to release part two as a pickup after claiming not to be a pickup site despite refusing the first shipment two days prior.

If I was hiring for a corporate executive assistant or manager of anykind I would hire her. Stephanie has incredible follow through. She stuck with me trying to perfect business card templates and was so sweet, present and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this print department! See Stephanie!!!!
