Once again, USPS has failed to appropriately deliver packages to its intended destination. My package was sent out on 04/19/2026, arrived in Reno where it was to be sent out for delivery, but re-routed to Olanthe, Kansas. Why Kansas? who knows, but it is now in the abyss of the USPS. Great job and stay off the kool aid......
- LMLizzy MMar 23, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. Twice now, they have closed my box for no reason and given me the run around to try to get it reopened. Additionally, I have spoken to multiple employees there trying to get this figured out, and almost every one was extremely condescending towards me. No apology for mistakenly closing my box twice, not even kindness to me for having to deal with all this. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will make mistakes and then treat you like you're the one who doesn't understand. I don't usually get upset with people just trying to do their job, but these employees have treated me so poorly, and I hope something is done about the way they talk to people.
