Regardless, when I went in, the man told me he couldn’t submit my passport because he doesn’t have a certification to do so. He said he told me in the voicemail but he said nothing of the sort. The sign outside the post office even says “Passport Applications Here” and yet they can’t do them. Why take appointments then?
