We called.. no call at all and no thoughts or care to screwing someone over when they already needed an expedited passport. Thanks for being inconsiderate thoughtless employees

El señor encargado de ayudar a tramitar los pasaportes de mis hijos se porto muy racista hacía nosotros, no nos ayudó con con las formas para los pasaportes, y no conforme nos cancelo la cita porque no alcanzamos a llenar los documentos. Y nos dijo que deberíamos agendar otra cita. Nos respondía de muy manera y groseramente. El servicio no es gratis y estamos pagando por un Servicio, y no deberia ser así, la atencion. Se brinda a todos por igual. El servicio no lo están haciendo gratis!!!

I work from home so am available all day. I always get notices that I wasn't available and need to pick up in person. That's a 45 minute trip into the post office and a long wait in line. Do your job!
