We called.. no call at all and no thoughts or care to screwing someone over when they already needed an expedited passport. Thanks for being inconsiderate thoughtless employees

I was given this number to call for my new set of mailbox keys. It's a shame that people these days would do stuff like this rather than helping the customer out. That's why they'll be stuck at the bottom of the ladder their entire lives, struggling to make ends meat. When you care a little bit shows and you're rewarded for your hard work in the long run, just as I was.
- GWG WNov 30, 20201.0I recently submitted an online request to hold mail while out of town for several days. I received email confirmation at the beginning and end of my trip. I returned to pick up my mail at the Minden Post Office and was informed by Donna that "we don't care about your email. If you didn't come in and fill out a form we wont hold your mail." I now have FIVE MISSING PACKAGES. All Christmas gifts for our daughter, likely stolen from our porch. Thanks Donna , horrible service!!! My grandfather was a Post Master General. There used to be pride in the USPS.
