  I've gotten Amazon packages sent to UPS stores all over the country and out of nowhere this location tried to charge me an outrageous "holding fee" which I refused. I know UPS store corporate and the franchisees are not happy with the Amazon contract because I'm sure Amazon uses its power to bully them and cut rates super low and if I'm correct over the years the contract even expired during negotiations a couple times over the years. I understand the frustration and difficulty running a business in today's climate with so many hidden charges and inflation but as a consumer that inflation has impacted me very badly as well and getting blindsided with a hidden undisclosed charge is completely out of line. If that charge were part of the checkout process at Amazon or if it were known in advance I would simply not make the purchase because there's no way I'm throwing money away like that. The franchisee here literally ASKED FOR this bad review and the others regarding the same issue. What were you thinking?

  Great staff! Irene went above and beyond to get our school newsletter printed fast, and did an excellent job. This is a 10 page newsletter full of photos, and it turned out exceptionally well. Thank you Irene and UPS, for your wonderful customer service!
