- EEEric EMar 18, 20261.0No one answers the phone after calling several times throughout the day to confirm a tracked package from Amazon. I don’t know how Amazon decided to hand off the package to usps. Already lost 3 boxes under USPS handling. Untraceable even with tracking number shows as delivered and never made it to the front door as instructed. I don’t know about the in-person customer service but this facility got two problems; Either there are thieves working at this location or they got very careless mail carriers and don’t read instructions to deliver to front door of apartment despite normal mail deliveries coming to the apartment address. I don’t know why Amazon routes orders to USPS . They don’t follow instructions and instead do their own thing.

There’s a massive parking lot so there’s always parking. all the people are extremely friendly and not forcibly friendly. They look genuinely happy to help people and I’ve never experienced any really long lines this place should honestly be five stars whoever left any bad reviews was having a bad day. Shameful.
