Slowest turtles I have ever seen in my life 3:30pm pickup only window with one employee closed for lunch with 15 people in line, doesn’t administration see any problem with it?

If I had an option to give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, waited in line for an hour just to be sent to another post office , went to another post office just to be sent back to this location, I tried picking up my mail and continuously dismissed my frustration of retrieving my mail. I had important mail coming in and (the person working the pick up line) tells me to call my sender. Horrible service overal. I hope they fire who ever is in charge of the Pick Up line

I’m sure others have had bad experiences, but they’ve always been very fast and helpful whenever I’ve come here. The lines are long from before they open and right up until they close, but the workers here have a good attitude and quickly help everyone and my wait times are never very long.

Terrible place. Just terrible. I walk in, and what do I see? I’m 20th in line just to mail a tiny package. Twenty people! Unbelievable. And how many employees do they have working? One. Just one. Nobody’s ever seen anything like it. And the pens? None of them work. Not a single one. I had to borrow a pen from a very nice older woman in line. Thank you, by the way. But really, what’s going on here? This is what we’re getting from USPS? This is where our tax dollars are going? Total disaster. Very poorly run. SAD!

For the 2 years I’ve lived at my current address I have received mail for 9 DIFFERENT PEOPLE that do not live at my address. For 2 years I have made the occasional visit to this post office to express my frustration with this issue. In my mailbox is a taped note that says the only 2 names that should receive mail. On the door itself written in marker (by one of the carriers) says “mail for Booker only”. Despite that Mail keeps coming in daily. Even had to by a return to sender stamp in hopes the senders would stop sending mail I went about 2 months without checking my mail because everytime I check it, it’s 90% mail from other people. I went to check and opened to an empty box with a slip saying (vacant box). So they stopped sending my mail and returned the mail in my box to sender due to a full mailbox. I had important time sensitive documents (the reason I finally checked my mail) that I now have track down because of their incompetence. The lady at the main counter was absolutely NO HELP. The lady at the pickup counter told me they have no mail for me and to fill out some form online. So that means the issue won’t be resolved. Not to mention every time I go there it’s a 45 minute wait to speak to someone to ultimately get no resolution
