been going here since 2021, over time it got a little bit better since then after a worker was rude and sarcastic with me. there are people who never sent out packages before and I was one of them, so be patient with those individuals.

Absolutely terrible experience. The employee was rude, kept interrupting me, and kept insisting I had not sent a package to the UK without even allowing me to show proof. He clearly had no interest in helping and just wanted to argue. When I calmly told him there was no need to be rude, he refused me service and told me to move aside and wait for someone else.
I ended up waiting while he continued carelessly throwing packages around in plain sight. I then called for the supervisor, and she went to check my tracking number, but even 1 hour later she still had not come back outside. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic professionalism was unbelievable.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this location used to have good customer service and management, but now it is the worst in town. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. This location should be ashamed of how it treats customers and handles mail.

Here I go to whar looks like is just one more bad review to this place.. My review isn’t going to the place, but for a bad and rude employee.. Is the second time this guy (full of tattoos and piercings) attended me and I don’t know if he is just mad or jealous.. First time he mocked my Store package.. when I said that it was my business I think he got upset. Today I was with 2 different packages and one was a return.. I gave the first one and the other I was needing a tape. He sold me the tape, I paid the tape and asked him if he could help me to hold the package while I put the tape and he said no and called the next petson in line.. I had waited 10 min in line already.. I said tou need to give me the receipt if my second package.. He pretended I was nobody. Then I stayed there waiting and he told me he was fone with me and that he was going to do anything for me anymore. I said I would wait and he said I was going tonwait until tomorrow because he was being paid and he doesn’t care to be there doing nothing..
Well, I back in line and the other girl in the other cashier helped me..
I could say anything here about this guy hut I think I feel for him.. As he said he was being paid and he didn’t care to do nothing.. I don’t think USPS is paying enough though and I feel pity for him for working in a place where he has to be rude with people at 11 am and don’t care about his job.. Its a miserable life and he already has what he deserves.. Looks like Im being paid too for my customers and Im really happy going at USPS every time I have an order.. He probably is just jealous cause a girl can have her business and he is there all day working for a salary.. I understand his frustration. I wish USPS raise his salary so he could go work happier.

I frequently come here a lot and I try to avoid the African American lady up front. Very nasty attitude! Other workers are great!

Horrible customer service, stood in line to get told wait for manager then waited 20 mins for a manager , which I believe only happened cause the 3rd person behind me waiting for a manager was an elderly that started crying that she needed a chair to wait this long. When manager arrived I said were you just told we've been waiting and she said yes. So even though we all waited for a manager not 1 clerk called for a manager. Avoid this post office . I didnt even get help was told to call 800 ask usps for my damaged mail cause all I got was a shipping label with an apology letter and the postal carrier marked it delivered so im having a hard time getting my refund.
