I've had to come here multiple times in the last couple months and it's the same every time. They never fix anything. Many people in the line are also trying to get new mail keys and its ridiculous that we have to wait in line for an hour just to find out if theyre ready for pick up or not.

When it was finally my turn she walked back to grab my package out of a pile of packages on a couple shelves. Took her a few minutes to find it. If someone would take 5 minutes to organize those packages by po number the person Picking the package would save a ton of time. Thats just bad organization management.
