Always crowded its not the staffs fault. There needs to be another US post office to service the North west part of Las Vegas. But that not going to happen.

They dont have a pick up line, they dont have package drop off working, and the line moves very slowly. I've had to come here multiple times in the last couple months and it's the same every time. They never fix anything. Many people in the line are also trying to get new mail keys and its ridiculous that we have to wait in line for an hour just to find out if theyre ready for pick up or not.

The package drop off box has been broken for about a year (!!). What's the point of having a self service kiosk if you can't put the packages you paid postage for anywhere? We are begging you to escalate the issue and get the drop off box finally repaired.

There's always a long line because there's barely anyone working the counter or working the pick up only window.

Picking up a package took over 30 minutes. 3 people were served before me. When it was finally my turn she walked back to grab my package out of a pile of packages on a couple shelves. Took her a few minutes to find it. If someone would take 5 minutes to organize those packages by po number the person Picking the package would save a ton of time. Thats just bad organization management.
