- AGAnna GaiserFeb 14, 20261.0I went to ship a small package with my own USPS box and the woman at the front counter said they 'ran out of tape in the whole building' and sent me 20 minutes south to a different location all the way in Henderson. When I got there, the guy said it's a folding box and doesn't require any tape. He was appalled that they sent me 20 minutes out of my way for no reason when they should have known that these kind of boxes fold and secure with built-in tabs. He said any USPS employee knows these boxes and how to fold them. Again, no tape is even necessary!

- JGJesse GonzalezFeb 5, 20261.0I’m just came to this post office and I was in line just five minutes. When I entered, there was nobody in the counter at all. A a woman came finish helping somebody , then she helped the next person in line. And while she’s helping this person, she walks away and does nobody for about three minutes on the counter. They don’t tell nobody nothing. Nobody else comes to help. There’s a line about 10 people to Service just seems like they don’t care.
