- TTTacklebergOct 15, 20225.0I'm truly shocked on the low score for this place! The customer service has always been Top Notch for me. They move the line quickly, they don't get annoyed with all the Amazon returns I bring in every week. They're very helpful with a smile and always print me out my tracking labels all the time without question. Alexa is always so helpful with my returns and gives me the advice I need to make sure I'm shipping my packages the right way. Only UPS store I would use.
- CMCJ MMJul 15, 20215.0I wont discredit any other reviews posted on here but my experience has been overall pleasant thus far. When I call to find out if packages have arrive (often have poor tracking with sender) the staff is always helpful. When I walk in they have my PO Box number memorized and grab my mail. The package text notification feature is a great addition, only had a few occasions where it didnt work. Not a deal breaker. I would highlight names of staff that Ive had good experiences with but dont have their names outside of Tanner, Chris and one other girl. I'll update this when I go there next.
- SESando EtteMay 11, 20205.0I had to drop off a package to return to Amazon and I was afraid because I’ve had surgery and was under restrictions. They came out to the car and unloaded it out of my trunk and I’m just very appreciative. I know they didn’t need to do that.
