  Deliberately boycott this UPS Store for all services except Amazon returns. They charge $1.50 for ONE single 78-cent USPS FIrst Class Forever stamp. The stamp is only worth 78 cents. UPS Store is making an astounding 92% surcharge profit from customers for each stamp they sell. OUTRAGEOUS! ALTERNATE: U S Post Ofc is located at Flamingo & Jones. Smith’s and Vons cashiers sell books of 20 USPS First Class Forever stamps for $15.60 with no surcharge.

  Be very careful when you need something delivered on a specific day. Antonio was very nice and helpful however I just found out they don't guarantee the delivery on Saturday and they indicated due to the holiday closure the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday. #1, Saturday is not a holiday. #2, had I had been advised that when I originally went into the location, I would have utilized other means of getting it there yesterday, on Friday. I had to pay an employee 4 hours of wasted time in Tucson Arizona just to have the delivery driver lie and not deliver it on a Saturday. The office was open and the building was open. Not sure why the driver felt the need to not attempt to deliver it. The one star is because I'm thoroughly disappointed that it didn't arrive today as previously mentioned my concern with the individual who helped me. The customer service was outstanding.

  Le doy una estrella y porque es obliga para poner una opinión. ESTOY MUY INDIGNADA Y MOLESTA!!. Llevo días esperando un paquete de Hialeah el cual tenía entrega para ayer. Resulta que reviso en la tarde el estado del envío y veo que el número de la calle estaba mal pero no me llamaron, nunca se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Pasé alrededor de dos 2h tratando de arreglar la dirección y finalmente la arreglé para media hora después el estado cambió a devolver al remitente. Jamás me llamaron y ni siquiera un segundo intento de entrega, nunca! Y eso está muy mal por parte de ustedes porque todos somos seres humanos con cierto nivel de raciocinio, todos nos podemos equivocar pero yo enmendé mi error a tiempo y ustedes decidieron devolver un envío que pagué yo de mi bolsillo a ustedes para que se me hiciera llegar!!! Iré personalmente hasta allí a formular una queja porque no me parece justo más bien un atropello!!!

  I paid 16.61 for a package 3 day delivery to ca. It took 5 days that don't honor a refund wouldn't even return my service fee..won't be returning there..unreliable...u.s post office does guarantee 3 day or return charges..learned something new 🤔 small business ups doesn't follow post office mailing charges..post
