I’m in here all the time, the staff is cool, always willing to help me find a good price on shipping things, never have to wait very long and they’re happy to take my prepaid returns as well. I’ll go out of my way to go to this store.

Sure, except the store doesn't follow its listed hours. They'll close 45mins early, leave a "Be back in 30 minutes" sign with no indication of when they'll be back (one time I waited almost an hour with that sign), and take days to finally ship an item. Avoid this place if you can.

Some of the customers act like they never shipped or returned nothing in their life when they walk in there… I have more to complain about the customers than the staff. Practice at home or watch a YouTube video before walking in the store. Y’all make this location look bad!!!
