  Very bad experience with this shipping company. I ordered a large package through Amazon, the first time, it took three weeks to deliver, and it was not done yet, so I called several times and every time they don't have an answer, then one day they said they can't locate my package, after three weeks can you imagine, though the package was delivered to their las Vegas warehouse from amazon only after two days of me submitting the order. I called amazon and they called RXO then cancelled my order and refunded me. The second time, same thing, I ordered a large package through Amazon and again, they used the same RXO company to deliver, now the package again was delivered to RXO in two days, but they have set the delivery date to one month later while the warehouse in Las Vegas is one hour away from me. I can't imagine how a company runs business like this. I am very disappointed and would not even think of using them ever. Now the Amazon customer service told me that if I don't receive the package on time, they will again issue me a refund. What a waste of time for me and reputation for this company.
