I had no envelope and no stamp so I went inside to see if they could sell me one envelope and one stamp. The man at the register said "No problem!" He pulled out an envelope from under the counter that already had a stamp on it and said "97 cents please." I proceeded to pull out my debit card only to hear him say that they only do debit transactions for $5 or more. After he noticed there was no cash in my clip and just plastic he said "don't worry about it, just bring it next time!" I thought to myself "wow!" It's the little things that can make a casual customer become more loyal or for me, reinforce why I've been coming here for so long. Needless to say I ran out to the car real quick and grabbed 4 quarters from my car then brought them inside and gave them to the man at the counter. All around great experience and I got that letter sent!!!
