ATTN TRUCK DRIVERS: Enter our facility on the west side of the building and check in through the call box using your assigned shipment number. When backing into the assigned door you will need to make sure that nothing is left in the trailer including load locks or straps and the floor is free from defects. Doors need to be open and tandem axles need to be slid all the way back or our automation will not load you. Pay attention to the dock lights to ensure you are backed in correctly. We prefer that drivers arrive within 30 minutes of their appointment time. Typical elapsed loading time is 90 minutes and we are constantly working to improve this. Once loaded, the checkout process will be handled using our check out station at the exit gat
