- FFFlashMar 14, 20261.0Don’t waste your time here. I came on to print a time sensitive document, with PLENTY of time before closing. But the people working were too concerned will closing everything up before the store closed. I didn’t get my document printed. I will never waste my time again with FedEx. I pay a premium for the services because it’s supposed to be easy and convenient. They made it everything but that.

I came in with my special needs son and explained to the staff that I needed help quickly printing something so I could get in and out. Instead of offering assistance, they repeatedly directed me to the self-service machines even after I explained my situation. I was already overwhelmed managing my child, and the lack of compassion or willingness to help made the situation much more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service should include recognizing when a customer clearly needs assistance instead of just pushing them to self-service. I understand self-service is available, but there should still be support when someone asks for help—especially in situations like this. I hope management addresses this because a little understanding and basic customer care would make a big difference.
