  I've shipped out items a few times in different FedEx locations and my cost never exceeded more than $10 yet for some reason to ship a USB drive that weights 2 oz they want 25 dollars took it to the one up the street sent it out for 5 the guy wasn't rude but considering the expense and how annoying it was to get there I wouldn't recommend coming here

  There was nobody working here. Paid for internet usage and printing. But the printer wasn’t working. There was a hotel employee who tried to help a little by calling IT, but I ran out of patience and left.

  I came across this fed ex because it was close to an event we were having. I was completely clueless on how to order a poster board and also what type of business cards our office needed. Erica Burnett and her amazing staff were BEYOND helpful. They guided me on what type of business card would fit best my business needs and were able to process my order FAST!. I cant thank enough the Fed Ex team at Westgate for helping me look good in front of my boss and making my poster boards and business card looking better than ever before. Thank you Erica & Staff.

  The person didn't have a clue when posed the question of whether they Sunday overnight ship, or what other locations do. Every other utterance was "uh I dunno", as in duh which way did he go George. Customer service is DEAD in America
