It has been over 12 days, and when I went to the office, I was told that the last scan was inn Henderson , after that nobody knows where is my package. No one has been able to give me a clear explanation or a solution, even though I paid extra for faster service. It is extremely frustrating to receive no information and no accountability. I hope USPS improves its package handling and customer service, because this experience was very disappointing.

I don't ship things very often so I didn't think of it but the times I have gone to other post office of course they had no issue with letting me borrow a strip a tape. Theae people must hate their lives.
