I didn't even know about the strikes in Canada!!! I had to Google it and found out it was resolved. Now why does USPS folks don't have this information makes me wonder! She could've taken my letters! Kevin and one of the ladies (I think her name started with a D) here are always very kind, patient, and professional. I have seen them get yelled at by very impatient customers and they handled it very well. They need a raise. I do wish they had a sign that if customers come in yelling, they have to leave because it's a consistent issue. That being said, this is the second time I've come to this location and have felt aggression from some of the other employees. Very belittling and unprofessional behavior, unprompted. I am going to avoid this location as much as possible and an looking into shipping with other carriers for my business. I have fragile packages and the line of communication for how they are delivered needs to be professional. This is a service I am paying for.
