My only inconvenience is getting to this place, the street next and the only way to get to it, is only one way, and there's always a lot of traffic, very awkward to get on this street from the right lane and cross 4 lanes to the other side before one hit the traffic light, otherwise you miss your exit. Then driving out is the same.
