  Stay away! Poor service. Staff laughs at customers and sing to the overhead music. Most people.in this area go to the sunset airport location. Ask any post net Fedex or UPS store. 1 star because I can’t give zero.

  The man that was servicing me messed up all of my certified letters. I had everything filled out before I got called up for service and he mixed everything up and getting eight certified letter sent off and they’re wrong because of him.

  THIS PO is always short staffed!! I’ve experienced lines 30+ people deep! Constant problem at this location. Beware

  Always an hour line of 30-50 customers and 1-2 employees instead of 5 that should be here. And You need to stay here every time You need to scan your mail cuz otherwise your package can be lost and you cannot even prove You mailed it in Dropbox

  HEADS UP! LAZY WORKERS. HORRIBLE POST OFFICE LOCATION. Coming to this place is dreading. I have never experienced enough inconveniences just for mail and parcel! this place is full not only of mailing issues BUT rude and lazy staffs. I live just up the street from this place and guess what? I had to come to pick up my own parcel because they emailed me that they could not access my location. Oh really?? JANUARY 19, 2026 - 11:49 AM I received notification that my parcel is out for delivery. but did not arrived. I gave benefit of doubt delivery is delayed. JANUARY 20, 2026 - 8:04 AM I received email from USPS that, again, my parcel is out for delivery at 6:10 AM. added "USPS expects to deliver your package today by 8:00PM". I was home that entire day. expecting the parcel. but guess what? parcel was still not delivered!! Instead, 2 emails sent to me informing they could not access the delivery location and that it is being held at this USPS post office. At this point, I did not want to believe they could not deliver the parcel on time. I live in an apartment complex up the street, with Luxer mail lockers next to the leasing office and 3 GATES (2 at the front and 1 at the back). and they could not find a way to deliver it?? and how is it I see USPS vehicles INSIDE our complex on Weekdays????? Is it really "location could not access" or JUST BEING LAZY TO DO THE JOB??????????? JANUARY 25, 2025 USPS Informed Delivery notified me that my W-2 is expected to be delivered. But after 2 weeks, it NEVER GOT DELIVERED. NEVER. how it worked for me?? I had to get a PDF copy of it from my work HR!! AUGUST 20, 2024 USPS Informed Delivery notified me that DMV sent my renewed driving license and is expected on this date. BUT AGAIN, NOTHING ARRIVED IN MY MAILBOX. Instead I was told by a DMV representative at Carson City, over phone call that it was sent back to them!! for some reason they and I do not know! and worst, this USPS location also told me the same!! that they do not know WHY after I came in person to speak to manager and verified my address and information. I left that day with NO FURTHER HELP. And earlier today, when I came again to this location to find more answers why my parcel was not delivered, there was a long line and the lady with a blonde hair who assisted me at the delivery/pick up window only tried to tell me that it doesn't matter because she already got my parcel!! She also said she is not actually working at the counter. In other words, she's saying to me "IT'S NOT MY JOB. I GOT YOUR PARCEL ANYWAY". I tried to tell her that there are special lockers in my apartment complex for option of dropping off packages. She answered flatly "they don't have access to it". So I just walked away upset. Around noon, I noticed a USPS mailman was in our mailbox area delivering mails. I spoke to him (he's a nice person who seems to be doing his job better). I asked him if it's true that USPS mail staffs don't and can't have access to our complex. He said "NO, THEY ARE LYING. THEY ARE JUST LAZY". And that will tell you everything about this place. Unfortunately, majority of staffs are with POOR customer service, POOR and RUDE attitudes / unprofessionals, INCONSIDERATE, IRRESPONSIBLE. THAT'S HOW THEY ARE TRAINED FOR THE JOB.
