    Horrible customer service from the front desk lady how is it possible people like this still have their jobs while they're clearly disrespectful clearly yelling at customers because I was standing in line and I witnessed the horrible customer service front desk gave employee I guess you could do anything you want as long as you USPS you're protected

    Visited this post office as they were opening on a weekday as I was picking up a package that required a signature. Encountered several personnel while waiting in line and they were all friendly, each offering subtle smiles and morning greetings. When the pick-up window opened, briefly met Lulu, who was kind, courteous, and professional. She was initially unable to locate my package and requested my contact info for callback service while she continued her search. I anticipated her call the next business day, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a message during my drive home. Anyway, be kind and have a little patience. Each employee is vital, playing an important role however big or small, to ensure we all receive our mail, packages, and various postal services in a timely manner.

    Requested for new mailbox keys on 06/02/2025 and still haven’t received it. I tried explaining and the lady tried her best to not deal with it 😂 absolutely clueless workers.
