- CTChanelle Brenae TriceFeb 24, 20261.0Please tell me..why I am looking at a tracking number ftom the V.A. hospital and it looks as if the carrier did indeed pick up the batch of rx's but this location has yet to accept the v.a. packages that were picked up on 02.23.2026. How long are you all going to let prescription medication sit in the back from the V.A. hospital before you all decide to process them in as "accepted"...so they can be on their way to its rightful place? Goin on 24 hours and YET not a single movement on that batch. Why the V.A. still uses USPS is beyond me..because if they don't care about timely processing our packages then the V.A. needs to cut the strings .. My tracking number was submitted elsewhere also to show proof this is still broken... I'm just glad the "pending acceptance" is listed on our tracking page.. Giving V.A. packages priority..that was and still is a bold lie!!!

When I came in 10 people were ahead of me . I felt so bad for the worker Chris having to do everything . Give that man a raise , he deserves it ! And why is this there no lower counter for someone whose is handicapped to fill out forms ? Y'all REALLY need to do better. I felt bad for that handicapped lady in there trying to sit & fill out her forms on that high counter. To whoever makes a schedule .... Just W0W!!! Do better planning!!!! Thumbs down to you 👎👎 p.s I finally made it out of there @420
