She has never reacted this way towards us until tonight where she was extremely rude and was making comments about me coming 4 minutes before close. (They tried to shut the doors/shutters at 5:26 pm when they are supposed to be open until 5:30pm). No need to have an attitude. Some people get off work later and need to send out packages ASAP, are we supposed to wait until the next day or come in at 5:10pm at the latest? Ps. My package was prepaid so all she had to do was scan it which took 5-10 seconds at most. Management should take a look here.

I just went to drop something off and they said, it's a federal holiday the day after christmas. Their answer was that Trump just changed it. And all usps offices will be closing the day after christmas, which is a complete lie.

I always bring my packages with the labels already attached because they take forever to help customers, and I print them at home to save time. It’s been five days now and the package I dropped off at this office hasn't shown up in the system. It’s disrespectful; they should hire responsible people. Now I have no idea where my package is. They should close down this location and hire new people. I have a missing package that I dropped off at this specific site."
