- PAPery-Ayes Real Life AdventuresOct 29, 20251.0Very unprofessional! I went to this location around 4:50. I get it, you close at 5:30. Once I was walking in I immediately was told to get out because the worker (Lisa) was going on a break. So I said okay and walk outside to wait for her to go on break and return. Once I walked out another gentleman walked by with a shopping cart full of packages. LISA then proceeded to tell him to come in after she told me leave. I then proceeded to walk in after he did because I thought she was referring to all of us. Once I started to walk in she told me to get out and only he was able to come in. Long story short she finally was able to get my package returned after a lot of comments about her having to go on break. I even tried to lighten the mood by saying “ it seems like you need some help here” she then replied snarky “ I can handle this by myself, I don’t need any help “. Clearly you cannot if you’re complaining about not getting to going on break.

- DMDavid ManzanoAug 16, 20251.0Today I had the worse experience ever at this post office location, the employe D’Moni extremely rude since I stepped foot at the place yelling at me and my wife because we brought the shopping cart with the boxes we were shipping says that it’s not allowed when clearly she can see that we can’t carry that amount of boxes in our hands. This kind of people should not be in customer service she does not know how to talk to people and she is destroying a public company presentation
